   Almost 3 years ongoing. Person dealing with my case was always on leave. Also told me my case was closed! Went back to my insurance this was not the case, I found it hard to believe as someone went into the back of me. Also lost details of car so said we cannot claim for that now. When on holiday for 2 weeks come back to its closed because I did not respond to a email on holiday. Madness!ha avoid!
