   Worst staff, rude and arrogant. Every time I call for taxi, it comes 40 minutes later and that means if I’m lucky. Absolutely avoid this company, not worth at all. I’m so frustrated omg, so shitty service. Not worth even one star and they honestly should just close.

   I booked a DSA subsidised taxi with Manchester Cars on Sunday for Tuesday at 12:30. I waited until 12:40 then called to ask where it was and they said they’d tell the driver to hurry up. I called again later on and got hung up on. At 1pm they still hasn’t showed up so I called again and they then said they were still waiting for driver to become available. So I cancelled and got the bus instead. But I’ve missed my very important appointment as a result! They could’ve given me notice that they were short staffed, or even told me when I called at 12:40 but no, they made me wait and wait to the point where I missed my appointment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! AND DSA ASSESSORS PLEASE DO NOT PUT THIS COMPANY ON DISABLED STUDENTS SUPPORT PLANS!

   I asked for a taxi and he said nah and put the phone down?!!! I then phoned back he just kept putting it down? So I tried withheld because I don’t understand what is going on but as soon as he heard my voice he put it down!!!

   SO UNRELIABLE!!! I used it back in June and the taxi arrived late on a night journey. On a recent occasion, the advisor on the phone was so rude and aggressive. I'd give them minus 5 stars if I could! They sometimes just hang up the phone when you call.

   Horrible Service. Told them need to leave 8am sharp and cant be late to appointment. Booked in advance. Called again in the morning an hour early to remind that 8am sharp . Guess what?! They said driver running late because in mornings its always late. Jokers Another taxi came in 3 minutes of my call and picked me up instead. This is very bad taxi. Stay away or you will also be adding similar reviews.

   Had taxi from Rozafa restaurant last night to premier inn lower Mosley street. Meter said £670 when we got in. I questioned it and after second time of asking he said we were in central Manchester. We told him it cost £3.50 coming from chorlton street station earlier. He said it'd be £7. Then tried to drop us off at the back of the hotel. My partner is recovering from cancer and has breathing problems. He then dropped us off in the side street next to hotel. He said he worked for Manchester cars. Overpriced and unpleasant driver.

   Not for the first time the taxi arrived at the wrong address as my pick up point. He kept the meter running even though I had been standing round waiting for him. The fare was £5.50 for 5 mins down the road to the station. I only had £5.40 in change (which he should have accepted given that it was only higher because he’d been waiting at the wrong address) so I gave him a £10 note. He then short-changed me, claiming not to have any more cash on him. Very poor.
