   one of the ladies from church get dropped off on a Saturday for church & picked up in the evening. She books the transport in advance. If the driver is early he will sit and wait for her. Shes never complained to me about her lift. If anything she would ask me to go and look outside to see if her zRing and Ride bus has arrived.

   My sons disabled and on a EHCP he can never get transport to go to do his activities and life’s skills. I phone 7 days before to book and still can never get transport i rang yesterday for next week and got nothing Available and again today for next Wednesday and nothing again. They also change times without little notice

   Atrocious customer service, being booked for pensioners to go to their clubs, buses arrive too early sometimes but pick up times are the real problems. Have arrived so early the ladies haven't had time for a cup of tea or get to play their game of Bingo. For some it's their highlight of the week to mingle with others. We should be making their days more enjoyable instead of rushing and waiting for buses to arrive. Drivers are all really nice and polite.

   Service has gone atrocious, customer service from the office is less than zero, can't complain by email because "system is undergoing maintenance." My daughter has used the service for many years due to health problems. Pick up times are being changed by over an hour, regularly, with no communication. This is ridiculous. The people on the phone think this is funny, it is disgraceful, the senior management need to get a a grip of this awful service, they currently do not deserve a penny in salary. Useless.

   My mum uses this service along with a number of her friends while the drivers are really nice friendly and helpful the office are not . You can't get a bus sometimes when it only picks one or two up in the area when others been told can't be picked up in same area and time . As no room regularly change your pick up times at short notice shame for people who use this as there only life line to get out and often told they can't get the bus .
