I suffer with agoraphobia got in the taxi and the driver wasn't very pleasant not going into too much detail but called tje base and a lovely lady called Emily sayed on the phone with me till I was home to put me at ease she went above and beyond here role and is a credit to your company thank you so much
Used to be very good. But now, unreliable, drivers cherrypick their jobs, keep you waiting so you’ll cancel and the Ladies??? on the radio no comment.!!! Don’t use club cars wherever they operate from, full stop. I’ve only given 1 star because I couldn’t go any lower.
Absolutely appalling, avoid at all costs! Automated service when you call up. Gives no time estimate. Waited ages and eventually gave up thinking they weren't coming. Turns up at door 45 minutes later by which point my husband has already gone out. Rude driver harasses me in front of my toddler saying why didn't I cancel it, we're wasting his time etc! Won't be using again and do not recommend.
Love Club Cars, always punctual, polite, their prices are fair and never had any problems. The drivers and telephone operators are all really nice and work hard to provide a brilliant service. Can't fault them. Highly recommend this taxi firm
Always used this taxi company! Unfortunately, lately they are a complete disappointment! Firstly, their app is totally unreliable! Today, as I booked a taxi to get to the Vet Clinic and the taxi driver just drove away as he saw me coming out of the house with my dog (a little chihuahua sitting in a bag). Very rude and unprofessional!!! Shame !! Thanks to "new city cars" for helping me out! the car arrived in a minute and the driver wouldn't mind my poorly dog at all!!!
For the past month we have been pre booking a taxi on a Sunday or Monday night for 11.15pm and usually ringing up to do that at 9 or 10pm. Each time I specifically say pm and for tonight but on multiple occasions it's been booked for the morning. I have to get a coach to London and after now missing the coach to get to work the next day I won't be using them again and I wouldn't recommend them at all. Who ever makes the bookings doesn't listen and when you call up they tell you it's 2 minutes away but you still wait a further 20 minutes for one. Think I'll use Uber from now on
I booked a 7-seater cab for 7am to take us to the airport. At 7:05am, there was no sign so I phoned Tripps, only to find out they were sending two 5-seater cabs (meaning it cost us substantially more) and that they were 'on their way'. At 7:10am, they arrived. Thoroughly unsatisfied and both taxi drivers were completely unapologetic, especially when airport timings are so important. Never using Tripps again.
