   First of all, the driver (same for both journeys) was absolutely fantastic - a genuine professional and a really good advertisement for the company. The booking system, however, let us down badly - we did not receive any driver details until calling to ask further them, then the driver assigned to our return journey failed to answer his phone as we stood waiting at the airport (it seems he was ill and turned his phone off). On the outward journey, the taxi was 50 minutes late arriving, causing a great deal of anxiety, although thanks to his skills we managed to catch our flight. The return pick up was 40 minutes late, with no ‘greeting’ as booked, luckily our driver from the first journey remembered what e looked like and walked us back to his cab from the terminal. Great driver, shambolic service from the booking company and all for £370.

   This wasn't a good experience. The driver alerted that there was a waiting fee AFTER a certain amount of time In which I wasn't aware of prior. He also added a parking fee and wasn't visible to the party that tried to locate him upon arrival. The Greeting sign was on his phone not legible to the party which made it harder to locate him and waste more time. The driver also denied 4 of the 7 passengers because of "space" not to mention one of the destinations in which he dropped a passenger off was the wrong location causing us more confusion and issues with our hotel reservation's. I'm not sure of the drivers name but because of his lack of communication, accommodation and pushiness, I will not use this service ever again.

   I do not recommend this company at all. It would be no stars if it was available. Unreliable, unprofessional and expensive. There are much better alternative options. I booked a car for 4 people including 2 very elderly passengers who needed assistance, to pick up at 8pm from Gatwick. The taxi was £263 and we paid for meet and greet. We landed and after we got through immigration there was a missed calls at 7.30. We were out at 8pm and no sign. The driver didn’t answer several calls. Airport Taxi Booking couldn’t locate him telling us he was in the airport somewhere. It was 10/1 and -5 degrees. Airport assistance couldn’t wait any longer and left us at the pick up point. When he finally arrived at 8.30 he said he had gone to the mosque. A day later I got a text message from a taxi company saying I should book directly with them next time and they would give me a better price. I spoke to someone called Ali at Airport Taxi Bookings who said they outsource. I filed a complaint on 11/1 with Ali at Airport Taxi Booking and despite following up have heard nothing as of today - 30/1/25

   Excellent service. My flight was delayed over two hours and I called to inform the company. They confirmed that they monitor the flights and the ride would be there. There were further delays on landing, bags took ages. The very courteous driver was easily located. Smooth, comfortable ride, very clean vehicle. Bottle of water which I was very glad of. Radio off, peace and quiet. Home at 03:00 three hours late but stress-free. Second time I have used this company. Highly recommended.

   This was a last minute booking for my elderly parents. The website interface was very user friendly and they quickly assisted when Gmail junked their confirmation email. The driver was on time and made the pick up smoothly all the while communicating with both me and my parents, keeping me updated when he picked them up and when he got them home safely. Thanks. And all round excellent experience. Recommended.

   Excellent online booking and confirmation process, polite driver and clean car. Our flight was delayed and there were no issues the taxi still waited and provided excellent service. Airport Taxi Booking provides an excellent service and is very reliable and much cheaper than other companies. We will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

   Easy to book, we didn't need the 45 extra minutes they give you in case of delay, but I think it's a great idea. Easy to find the place where to meet. The driver called when leaving the plane even 15 minutes before the agreed time as they can trace the flight. I will surely use this service again. Good price as we would almost pay the same of little less having to change 3 or 4 times to get to our destiny. Nice driver.

   I appreciate your great service. Since we were traveling from abroad, we used the prebook option. Despite the fact that our flight was delayed, the pick-up was handled expertly. The car was spotless and new. The driver did a great job, picking us up from the airport taxi. scheduling in advance.
