Horrendous - cancelled on us 5 minutes before pick-up with no explanation. Unreliable, uncommunicative, incompetent.
Booked a Taxi on Monday around 4pm from Hilton hotel Deansgate to the Etihad stadium on Ashton new road approx. 3 miles. Taxi arrived quickly black minibus, driver polite and friendly but charge excessive £20 for 3 mile journey which is normally around £5/6. Will ask for agreed price if I use cab firm again, what a rip off!
The driver was very friendly and polite. Arrived home safe and fast.
Fast service and cheap price for local taxi I used a lot because I'm not a fan of Uber.
