Visited Chaiiwala in Southall and had a great experience. The masala chai was amazing - hot, perfectly spiced, and very refreshing. We also tried the vada pav and samosas, which were fresh, flavourful, and absolutely delicious. Great food, great chai, and a lovely place for a quick snack. Highly recommend!
Got sick after eating here .we found hair in pani puri which already shows the serious lack of hygiene.after eating here all 5 of us fell sick . Worst food experience.we order 5 samosa chat worse , chips without any dip , something rolls can’t remember the name ,and tea was good overall experience was really bad .after getting sick I did check food and hygiene rating it’s just ‘2’ . I’m not against of this restaurant but you should improve your food and hygiene quality thanks

This place offers a warm, relaxed vibe that makes it a nice stop for a tea break. Prices are reasonable, which adds to its appeal for regular visits. The pink chai is what I like the most and it consistently delivers its own unique, flavourful twist. There is no real table service, and tables are not cleaned regularly, impacting the overall dining experience.
I come here regularly for the karak chaii - the best in Southall! I have had food on a couple of occasions - freshly cooked to order, good quality and well-presented, but allow for a wait during busy periods.
Great niche cafe with excellent quality of chai. I was skeptical first thinking another hyped cafe bar with same usual menu with some twists but it turned out to be amazing! The only downside is the ambience, and space. Its more like a takeaway joint. You may hardly get anywhere to sit or that cozy little corner. Seems like places are occupied for longer than usual. We wanted to try other menu but couldn't get any place to sit so left with a takeaway tea.
A different type of very tasty TEA is prepared here by mixing Almond and pistachios. Tea lovers can enjoy this very tasty tea here. The staff is very nice and helpful. Table service is not available here you have to do self service here. Situated on main Broadways Southall London.
the busiest branch I’ve seen!! as a result food was slow, but over all good experience. Chaiwala - Southall. Placed was complete packed managed to get a mint choc chai from the seasonal range and it swam down a treat, thank you guys, great service, see you again soon.
Great experience, tried karak Chaii it was best Chaii I had so far outside of India. Great work by team members you guys are doing great. Reason I gave 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is that your food is not so great it needs lots of improvement. I would Highly recommend to try their karak Chaii.
