Travelled to Manchester for a game. Just done the tour. Rang this company for a taxi to my apartment. Heard my Irish voice and decided he had no drivers ever available just now and that was that. Unbelievable in 2025
We had come to Manchester for the funeral of a good friend and needed a cab to get us from our hotel to the Crematorium. I messaged M16 cabs (via WhatsApp) a couple of days before to check availability and price, explaining how important it was that the cab was on time. M16 replied promptly and reassured me that they would make sure the driver was on time. The day of the funeral the driver rang me 15 minutes early to say he was nearby and did I want him to drive up then or should he come back at the time I'd booked. When I rang to book a return cab I was informed how quickly the driver could be with me and he was there on time and called me to let me know he was outside. Both drivers were polite and friendly and nice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend M16 cabs - they took the stress out of a stressful day. And they were also half the price of another company I rang for a quote. 10/10 from me.
Great service honestly, even though my flight got delayed by a LOT they still waited for me! The driver was friendly and the car was super clean. Got some tips about the city on the way, it was a great welcoming experience!
