Rubbish service waited 40 minutes for taxi tonight at the bellavista taxi changed twice my friends taxi to Heywood arrived within 5 mins charged Β£10 mine turned up no apologies I told him mine normally charges Β£10 also he told me at hedley Jacksonβs it was Β£10 so I gave him my money and then walked another 10 mins to Surrey Ave to my address in the freezing cold because I had no more cash on me I feel very upset as Iβve been using crompton taxis for 30 years and feel totally disrespected and my loyalty means nothing now I will no longer use this taxi service ever again!

Great service booked for a 5:30am pick up. Text to say car on way with details of colour and reg. arrived on time and safely got me to the train station. Very pleasant driver and car extremely clean. Definitely use them again

Be warned! My elderly father used this company to travel to Cheadle Hulme from Shaw. The meter was not visible and he was charged Β£63.00. I have rang the company who told me the actual price should have been Β£53.00. The manager was extremely disrespectful and told me that I could pick up the ten pounds overcharge from the office as he couldnβt be arsed with the conversation. BE WARNED

Just been flipped off by one of there drivers. I pulled left out of a road he pulled right crossing my path. I braked for him not wanting a minor collision. Never said anything to him but then his hand came out of the window to flip me off. If I had of smashed him it would of been his fault and his passenger could of claimed as well as my self. I called there office. They could not care less. I mentioned where it was and was a red car as I had turned off that road but told it could be anyone. Thought you had a Computer in front of you connected to a pda or mobile normally using a app like auto cab. That's how I know they couldn't care less. I certainly wouldn't use them as I use a 2 b cars when needing a taxi. If I would have not been so busy I might of took his plate number and reported him to the council as just to waste his time getting called in to explain.

My elderly old mum/me have just been yelled at by your driver. Was told we must "be confused" and in "the wrong place" or "still inside the station & diesel isn't free" The driver would NOT stop accusing us of being in the wrong place! Telling us it was our fault. We gave up when he would not stop shouting! Atrocious lack of service for a regular vulnerable customer who booked your company in good faith. We've been collected by taxis from the same location for over 40 years & waitied right outside Victoria Station. NEVER had a problem. NEVER been patronised/yelled at. Totally unnacceptible, disrespectful and the very worst "customer focused service".

Would 0 star if I could. Used to be the company I would always use until I kept having issues. Drivers attitudes are terrible, usually having personal conversations whilst youβre in their car. No manners/demanding more than the tariff/incorrect change. Tonight we Had a driver come up to my door at almost midnight and ring my doorbell asking for Chris and peering into the windows. Itβs midnight no lights were on - my whole family was asleep. Surely youβd try to ring the customer you were after rather than ringing a doorbell at 20 to 12 on a Tuesday??? Itβs really shaken me and my family up to be woke up to having a stranger peering down the doorbell.
