Absolutely unsurpassed rubbish service, avoid at all costs especially if you're elderly. Totally ripped off!!
Terrible waited 1 hr and 45 minutes to be picked up from man airport! Pre booked. App didn’t worked . Avoid this taxi firm at all costs
Driver left me and my friend in Royton last nite as he wanted to know where we were going. Said our fare wouldn't be big enough for him so hw wouldn't take us !!!!!!! No wonder people are opting for uber where you can stay safe in a building amd not be left outside in the cold and dark because a £8 trip would not be enough for him.
Pre-booked a taxi for my dad on Saturday for pickup this morning (Monday at11am -wheelchair taxi). Taxi didn't arrive. Phoned up to be told it was 'just being sorted '. Fifteen minutes later still not arrived. Message received a taxi on its way. Twenty minutes later still no taxi. Phoned office to be told the original booking had been handled by an 'amateur' and not logged properly and the taxi sent in replacement had refused the booking. Totally let down by this service in what was already a stressful situation. Ended taking my dad in own car which caused undue suffering. Don't bother booking with this service.
Cannot praise these guys enough. Left my wallet in a taxi early hours of sunday morning. I just jumped in the taxi, not booked from the office so realised my chances would have been slim of finding the driver with my wallet. Within 48hrs driver H71 had personally handed the wallet back to me. About 5 or 6 of your drivers played a vital role in me regaining access to my wallet. I left my number with one driver and he rung me once I had got it back to make sure I had it. I wish I knew the plate number of that driver so I could leave good feedback for him also GREAT WORK ALL OF YOU GUYS... YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF THE DRIVERS YOU HAVE
Gave us a quote for a trip to Manchester Airport for 3:30am, £42, so booked. All sorted . Then got a call 5pm , night before, 'sorry, it will be £62 , everyone is charging double' - they weren't, we'd had cheaper quotes. Now have to arrange another at last minute, cheers. Taxi driver set off with my friend still climbing into the car. Then when we screamed at him to stop he tried to blame us for using both doors of the taxi and gave us no apology. If the driver won't even check if his passengers are safely in the car then it makes him unsafe to drive.
Am giving one star only because I can't give no stars. Wheelchair taxi didn't turn up so my 77 year old dad had to miss his own birthday party!!!! Book with these at your own risk.
Took the taxi today at Oldham market to go to northmoor academy and then to chamber road, the taxi driver was not honest at all . He took a long way saying the are some roadwork but no works at all. I was at 4.45 pounds but not arrived yet at northmoor. Gave Him 5 pounds and left the taxi in the middle of the road. I was too late. Time is difficult for everyone but since I takes the taxi, I have notice that taxi driver are the most dishonest person. They wants to make money most that they deserve. It's so sad.
1 hour 45 mins late picking my family up at Manchester Airport. Same old excuses when you ring the office or the driver (stuck in traffic and he is 5 mins away). No apologies when the taxi arrives. Driver takes a tip without me offering. I was expecting change and he drove off. Not the first time this has happened. Definitely the last time we use these. The driver was also speeding quite excessively on the way back which was worrying.
