absolutely horrible, my grandma was coming into the taxi and shes a bit slow i couldnt help since i was putting the bag in the trunk and he shouted saying to hurry up, then when i confronted him he had an attitude
Dropped my wallet in a taxi on a Sunday and didn’t realise until the Monday the taxi company phoned me to tell me they had it and kept it safe for me until I could collect it on the Friday top class
I just wanted to leave a quick review as I don't know Rochdale very well and was a 'tad' worse for wear yesterday... and quite lost. A friend called Central from Tod and couldn't exactly pin point where I was but one of their drivers eventually found me and chatted to me all the way home. A really lovely man. I didn't catch his name but wanted to say thanks for being patient and getting me home safely.
Mini bus: partners mum called and booked us a mini bus on the phone they stated £40 driver put meter on and took longer ways deliberately adding additional onto pre arranged fare will not use again driver was also on the phone and speeding most of the journey even with 4 children in the vehicle worst service possible
Used this company many times,but they disappointed me tonight.... call a taxi,they said 15-20min wait and £22 . But I was waiting more then 1 hour. Taxi came with empty fuel tank, we waited until other driver bought fuel for him. When we finally was at home driver asked £25 ,then £23. I called to they office and we agreed £20 . I don't recommend anymore this company

The taxi driver and the company knew the destination that I wanted to go and did not inform me or double check there was obstructions on the way there. Not only did I not get a refund for my appointment but Central is £5 more expensive then partner taxi companies. I am a very unhappy customer and will not be using your taxis again.
