Phoned for a taxi to the summit pub to go to sholver , the operator was confused when I told her my destination then told me sorry try someone else , she wasn't local to the country
Ordered a taxi. Didn’t arrive - chased up twice to be told one won’t be coming for another 15/20 mins. Terrible - nice one. Late to work.
I ordered a second airport run and everything was spot on. They sent a correct text and the driver was good company.
Didn't turn up!
Turned up didn't knock on, turned up with a different name on taxi, too lazy to come in restaurant. Bad service. Ruined our night everyone fell out waiting for taxi to re-show up. One couple split up for good and they were really good together. One ended up walking home on his own in the cold. Lack of attention to detail regarding customer service can literally leave families in ruins. Up your game.
Good service although I don't like the automated service where it oressumes where you are wanting to be picked up. Can be quite lengthy if you need to change it. They are usually quite efficient but had to wait a long time om a Sunday morning when I was going to work. It resulted in me being late nd because you don't speak to a switch board person it's not clear how long the wait will be
