   Taxi showed up 45mins late no apology given, when phoned to ask where taxi was receptionist was rude, acted like I was wasting her time, snapped at me, and kept sighing impatiently. I had a sick child with me that needed bed rest so i was anxious to get home. Result of taxi turning up 45 mins late telling me everytime the taxi will be 5mins,..5mins ...5 mins my sick child urinated on himself. This experience was unprofessional and distressing. Never ever again, I can't believe the kind of staff they employ. It's shocking. I only picked this company because of the reviews which were misleading. Horrified.

   Absolutely disgusting to have waited 1hour outside the main entrance of TROH. in pouring rain. went back inside three times to ask if the car was on its way to be told it would be there in 2 minutes.

   Absolutely appalling service. Pre book and pay for taxis to do school run to have them show up late or not at all. When questioned over the matter were told pre bookings are not a priority so if all cars are on jobs just been rang for they do them, not pre booked and already paid for. Disgraceful.

   Awful, awful service bringing me home from the airport late at night after a very long day. Booked in well in advance, no taxi waiting when I come out. So I ring them, and they haven’t sent anyone because I hadn’t rung them to tell them I had landed(!), despite this never being mentioned or requested when the booking was made. So they promise to send a driver to me in c.20 mins. That was 35 minutes ago. Avoid this company like the plague
