   Ordered taxi on 27/12/25 he seemed under the influence of something& our driver fell asleep at the wheel & drifted into opposing lanes, we shouted at him to correct him whilst driving & he claimed the sun was in his eyes, despite the sunlight being behind his head , he suggested a detour longer way to our destination, seemed off his head , never use this firm again ( reg BC14 xAH)

   Extreme unhappy with the drivers attitude when getting picked up. All because the fair was at a low rate and with him having to drive through traffic. Constantly moaning and complaining. He mentioned it be best to walk. Then when we agreed he then said he didn't say that. He said we should be paying more because of the traffic. Which isn’t my fault that i was paying what the app told me. Wouldn’t recommend to even close family because you are made to feel like crap, no Professionalism at all.

   Waited 50 minutes, kept calling to see where driver was because operator said 10/15 minutes, don't use the traffic as an excuse because I drove home too, just needed a minibus, not as if they haven't picked up from here before, operator then hung up when I asked where the drivers got to, not the first time either, defo won't use again

   Will stick to Uber next time. Landed at 20:15, was outside the airport waiting for the taxi at 20:40, taxi finally turned up at 21:20. Was told £41 when booking the taxi, then was charged £42 for paying by card (which I asked on booking). Far from happy, and glad I didn’t have the kids with me!!

   Order this taxi back my boyfriend mum the taxi is driving super fast down the roads feel like I am in a car with my baby dad Ryan as this is how he drive feel safer with him I won't book these again they sent us a mini bus for 2 people for a 10 minute drive we got charged £9 never will order these again very rude to my boyfriend
