   Awful, I was relying on this firm to get my kids to school and me to an important meeting on time so I booked in advance. The firm left us waiting in the wind and rain for around 15 mins, every time I called to ask where the taxi was they kept replying 3 or 4 minutes, so clearly they are liars too. I ended up taking my kids myself and bring late for my meeting. I’m trying alternative taxi drivers in future. If this firm could have been honest and told the truth I could have made alternative arrangements and tried them again another time. Clearly that is too hard for them. Not a firm to be relied upon.

   Very rude driver. I asked him to close the window and he said to me. I cannot close it. My son was freezing cold. And he was going to school in the morning. He ask him to close the window. He said no. He shouted me in front of my son and I said OK To be honest, he was very rude. Old guy

   Beautiful lighting, decor and comfy seats. The waiters were all charming and happy. The food was awful. The menu is limited and I opted the Hamburger and chips which was pricey. The chips had been fried a few times and were not fresh, the Hamburger was small and tasteless. My friend had fish and chips which looked basic - she said it was nothing special. Really poor quality food in a stunning, Art Deco restaurant. The ladies toilets were the highlight.

   Absolutely shocking! Taxi turned up to a different location and cancelled my ride.... even though I was watching on the map, which showed my exact location!

   Not very good service had to ring 3 times had to wait 45 minutes. Driver was OK though. On a recent visit at Xmas had to use them again, they turned up within five minutes and very polite driver. Maybe just a bad day the first time. Have adjusted my rating to allow for everyone has a bad day.

   Awful. Had a very serious family emergency and needed to get my 13 year old son home. They threw him out as he had no cash on him. I was of course gonna pay when he arrived. Customer service, they told me to pay on card like Uber ( your not Uber) certainly wasn’t giving my card details to these people.

   Very rude driver. Arrived 15 minutes early, and told me to hurry up and do it quicker when I was paying my bill. Quoted me a price on the phone, got in the taxi and was told £5 more than on the phone because apparently I told the operator I wanted to go to the town centre not to where I lived. Why would I even say that. Driver proceeded to wait outside my house revving his engine until I went out and gave more money. Steer well clear of this sham taxi service.
