   Taxi turned up to my address when a taxi wasn’t ordered when we then told him he said yes you did get in the car after being told multiple times he was shouting saying it was we walked in the house and then he finally drove off we rang the place and asked why there was a taxi delivered to my address but not what place eh. Small town the guy in the phone then said no address wasn’t ordered for that address in ei small town it just felt fever scary odd and weird never heard of them before this

   I’ve been using Tiger since they first started in 1984, and today will be my last. Usually they’re quick to arrive but today took ages (this isn’t their fault) but the first thing I checked was do they take cards, very surly driver “no cards”. Sorry but it’s 2025, I didn’t have the card to use an ATM (just my phone) so I’ve missed my meal out. No cards - no business from me. Uber it is.

   I booked a taxi from my house, he didn’t get the address and went to stay elsewhere had to walk down to meet him only for him to bring me to the wrong address and asked me to pay.

   Waited for taxi in storm! Didn’t arrive . Taxi from same firm arrived. I got in and driver told me to it wasn’t his job so I had to get out. Had a 5 age old with me along with rest of family. Totally soaked had to walk down to road. Eventually taxi stopped and picked us up!! That driver was lovely! First driver isn’t fit to do the job!

   Tell your drivers not to drive over the fecking grass when picking up passengers on Springfield Street! Looks a right state. DG59 CUU. 21.12.22. Plenty of tarmac to park up on. Use it.

   Ever since Tiger has been taken over by Car2000 the service is appaling. New drivers that have no clue and will try and take you the long way round. All the old Tiger drivers were good and gave a good service. Car2000 has ruined Tigers reputation.

   On a recent journey with them we changed our location en-route the driver did not listen was busy chatting on the phone and when we asked them to pull over they gave us a load of abuse we eventually got to our new location.Would not ride/book with this firm again!

   Driver pulled out of a side road into oncoming cars. He didn't care for anyone on the road apart from his next £2pound job. He was shouting something at me for existing on his rally track. If I was driving my own car I probably would of smashed him right up and got a claim of these low level drivers. I wouldn't put my kids in these taxis.
