I booked a taxi for my dad who recently had a stroke and can't get out of his wheelchair. We booked a taxi for 10:30 3 days in advance so I could take him to church, it turned up 30 mins late. The second time it just never turned up. I gave an extra star for the driver who was lovely
Shocking. Booked 3 days in advance for an airport trip where there was no margin for error. Got a call 30 mins before pick up asking if I still wanted a ride, I confirmed I did. 30 mins later, at pick up time, driver still hadn’t left home. Immediately cancelled and luckily uber saved the day. Yes even uber was better!
Booked a taxi for a specific time 24hours before. It's been nearly 2 hours since the booking time and I've got 3 hgv drivers on a contracted schedule that are now late and we're quite likely going to have to pay late fee's for failing to provide a service. Terrible service
Nice driver. Arrived early. Helpful and polite. But £39 for 4 people travelling from Chorlton to T2 Manchester airport is too much!!
Don’t ever book a wheelchair taxi through this company. Booked a week in advance, confirmed half hour before. Phoned to chase, told 3 minutes away. Phoned again 10 mins later to be told no driver. Missed an appointment that I’ve now been charged for
Tried to use the business, ordered a cab and waited until 20 minutes after order time. Cab cancelled job and nobody even let us know until we called them. Service was terrible when I called to find out what was going on - person on the phone was rude and said "we can't be expected to call everyone" but that seems like the exact thing they should do Avoid, terrible service, didn't even show up
Very disappointed. Booked a cab the day before for an important appointment. Cab didn't show. No call or notification. When I called to ask where the cab was the person who answered said no cab was available and she couldn't do anything about it. Missed the appointment. Mantax used to be v reliable. What happened??
If I could give 0 stars I would. Called and pre-booked a hackney (black cab) from a hotel nearby Manchester Airport as travelling with an infant in a pram. Booked for 0245AM - no taxi arrived. No one then answered the phone. Ended up having to walk 45 minutes around an unfamiliar area with an infant and two elderly parents. Horrific service.
Booked a wheel chair taxi service for my 99 year old father. They didn’t turn up and when I rang them three times (with them saying the taxi will arrive in five minutes) - after 25 minutes waiting outside on the pavement, they eventually said the taxi had taken another booking. They did not deliver on their service. Appalling and I cannot recommend them.
