    Prebooked taxi was confirmed by mainline but never dispatched by them. They didnโ€™t let me know until I called them 15 minutes after the taxi was due to arrive. From reading other reviews it seems like they do this a lot.

    Taxi booked early afternoon for 7.30 after several phone calls being told on the way/Five minutes /no driver in area not yet booked and several calls seeing where taxi was over 1hr later arrived. Taxi driver said they were quiet several drivers waiting for fares. I am 81 left alone and cold waiting this is the second time this has happend you are a disgrace call yourselves a taxi firm. You need new call handlers that can do the job

    Left my phone in a taxi. The driver said he'd bring it back after in an hour. He didn't so I called back. He left it at their office. They charged me full fair to go to their office pick it up and go back home. They'd already had four jobs off of me that day and used possession of my phone to get more money out of me. This was the day before Christmas eve! No yule tide, no fair play. Avoid, use other taxi firms.

    After a several issues now is the time to complain the completely inefficiency of their service. Is that bad? Yes. They can book you a taxi with a card reader? Yes, they book you for a specific time as you requested, but the driver arrives always late. If you call them to ask info about the delay their answer is: "Still looking a driver with a card reader". OMG! Is that hard to simply tell to a customer at the first call: "Sorry we can't promise you a taxi with a card reader. Is cash only at the moment". Is that hard? How can be possible operate in this way? I intentionally not cancelled the taxi that time because I wanted to make feel the taxi driver (not his fault obviously) how bad is wasting fuel to reach the point just because the company doesn't help him to keep the service working smoothly. Only in this way this complain can work. Missed my daughter lesson for this issue a day ago. I Will use Mainline again? Yes, why no in the future. If the world can change for better, let alone a taxi company.

    Booked a cab hours previous. Didnt turn up so rang and got very rude gentleman basically said not got a cab and don't know when I can get one as busy n said I have to go now and put phone down on me. What's point in booking!! Very bad service.

    Thank you so much to this taxi firm I am from London and refuse to use uber this company is in Eccles and they sent a man called Ian he was the loveliest man I have probably had the pleasure of meeting as a cab driver he even took me to McDonald's thank you so much for your professionalism and getting me home safe great taxi firm would highly recommend and if you get Ian you will definitely be in the best of hands

    I got a cab from Sainsburyโ€™s to Manchester Piccadilly on Saturday. Had what I thought was a nice conversation with the female driver, until we arrived and I realised I was unable to pay with card as most other taxis allow it- I had no means to get cash and offered to pay over the phone or bank transfer which she agreed to but while I was trying she became very angry and called her operator, was being very rude about me in front of my face telling him โ€œthinks itโ€™s a very poor way to live my lifeโ€ and then when I was still trying to transfer she lost it and started shouting at me to just get out - so I didnโ€™t pay her. This woman shouldnโ€™t work for a customer facing company

They hire children who clearly donโ€™t understand life!had the rudest person on the phone .I was where the taxi was orders to clearly โ€œblack guyโ€ I got attitude trying help the lady.I give it 2 years this company wonโ€™t last .(account manager)update 2022 they are still rude af
