Cheshire ‘Executive’ travel, absolutely not! Driven to the airport in a dirty Dacia estate car with the fan and air con turned off. Felt sick straight away as the car stunk of curry inside and then made us travel sick as a result as well due to no air circulation. Maybe think about changing your company name or use decent and clean cars.
They were 20 minutes late with no apology, the car was in awful condition and had been smoked in. The driver was insistent that I pay cash when he did actually have a card reader and getting any helpful information out of the company ahead of the evening was impossible. It’s also easily the most I’ve ever paid for a 4 mile journey. Avoid.
Worst taxi company ever! Terrible drivers, don't care about the rules of the road! They speed, cut people off & corners. Their drivers are rude when you pull them up on the atrocious behaviour! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Not all Taxi Drivers are the same! Brace for the IMPACT I booked a ride to the airport and forgot my small bag in the car (I had all my holiday cash in there). Soon I got to the check in counter I saw 10-15 missed calls from an unknown number I rang back to find our it was Amir (the taxi driver) who said "you have left a small bumbag in the car, I have come back at the same spot I dropped you" can yous believe he didn't even touch the bag it was still under the seat asked me to pick it yourself - I tried my best to tip him but he wouldn't. Not just this he kept me posted via messages for the return flight he tracked the flight to make sure he wasnt early/late at airport and while he was with us he even coortdinated with his office for school run which he couldnt make because of us. WHAT A SITE OF PROFESSIONALISM from this chap - thanks Amir you are a star son
Exceptional service from a truly professional driver. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and they took the most efficient route to my destination. What impressed me most was their friendly and helpful attitude, making me feel safe and at ease throughout the journey. Highly recommend this driver and their taxi service - a 5-star experienced
This is the worst taxi company I had travelled with in 9 years. Operator was rude and unprofessional. The operator in question has hung up the phone 2 times when seen my number when i try call back for an update of where was my taxi. When he finally picked up the taxi was 20min late. I stand that i will not pay the full price as this taxi was booked the day before and i was late from work losing money with no apologies the operator told me that he will cancelled the taxi and ask him to leave if i don't pay the full price. I then spoke to the taxi driver who agreed for me to pay 10 pounds but wanted me to pay as soon as I get in which I refuses. They said this is the new agreement in place and every customer need to pay upfront before to arrive to the destination. Honestly don't waste your time and your money.
Adam took me and my boyfriend on a long trip this Christmas eve, even though he was working during the Christmas period he was so lovely and let us put Christmas songs on to get in the spirit! Very polite and a very safe car journey! 100% recommend

Good, prompt and friendly service but extraordinarily expensive. A 2.3 mile, 8 minute journey from the Premier Inn at Sandiway to Delamere Manor last night at 7.30pm cost me £15. The return journey at 11pm cost £20. So we paid £35 to travel less than 5 miles in both directions. I would advise anyone staying in the area to explore more reasonable options.
