Booked in advance for a pickup from a wedding, driver called and said he was 10 mins away but kept changing how late he was going to be. They were eventually 30 minutes late then despite when booking were told it was £18 were told there was a special "Night Rate" and it was now £25 for a 3 mile journey. Would just use an Uber instead.
Rang in the morning to order a taxi for 1:35pm to take use 7 minutes down the road. All confirmed. At 1:38 I called them and I was told the driver was on their way but stuck in traffic. Not great but ok. At 1:46, no taxi. Called again and told that he was 5-10 minutes away. 10 minutes would make it 20 minutes late, so 20 minutes late for our reservation. Absolutely useless
Our driver Arslan was fantastic - we weren’t easy to find after a concert on Saturday night and he patiently directed us to where he was and could easily have given up on us! He was really polite and made our evening work without stress and hassle.
Used for the first time today. Helpfully send a text so you can track your driver. Good to have a reliable taxi firm. Will be using again.

Driver was 20 minutes late and didn't even call to let me know, I had to chase myself. They also didn't seem to be that bothered which is appalling

Really disappointed with this taxi company. Rang and got a quote for Saturday evening return for 5 people, was quoted £65 so booked. On the day we were told that their 6 seater had broken down (can’t be helped) so we changed it to 4 people in a standard car. On the way I asked would it still be the £65 we were quoted and the driver said we’d look when we arrived. Upon arrival we asked if he wanted the money now or on the return journey, he told us it wasn’t booked for collection and the price is £50 for our trip. I told him that’s not what we quoted and rang the number Id got the quote from who I couldn’t hear because the driver was talking over him and eventually he put the phone down on me! Our friend got a taxi from another company from the same area to join us and only paid £23. If you do get a quote from this company be sure to get the price in writing.
