   Poor customer service experience over the phone, didn't finish asking questions over the phone and the lady just went. Called back to cancel as I went to a competitor where customer service was much more pleasant.

   I booked a taxi an hour before my client’s appointment. The taxi showed up but the driver doesn’t know where the place is, my staff requested him whether he can use the map, he replied a straight no and drove away. I rung the taxi firm twice, once to tell them what happened and they reassured me they have directed the driver and second time to Tell them that the driver drove off and we need another car to which the operator said very rudely we are very busy there is no cars available. This has been an absolute nightmare. No customer server no courtesy. Nothing. I won’t be recommending this taxi from to anyone.

   Booked for an airport run over 24 hours in advance. Driver didn't show up. Called twice and was told he was 5 minutes away. 3rd call I was told that the driver had clocked off and they were trying to get another driver. Not good enough. Incredibly stressful as I then had to find another taxi last minute. If you need to be somewhere on time use another firm. Had to race through the security gate.

   Booked airport return minibus in advance. Waited at Manchester Airport for 50minutes for it to arrive. Numerous phonecall responses ranged from he's ten minutes away (when we first rang), to there's a lot of traffic, to just a few minutes, to be patient it would cost you more in a black cab (yes we know, that's why we booked a minibus IN ADVANCE!). They had the flight number which the driver said wasn't given to him and he also said they sent him on a job to Manchester first when he should have been picking us up. Poor customer service on the phone and poor customer care. Will not be using them again. Thanks for making us wait after travelling all day.

   Useless. Second time I've tried ordering a mini bus and they have tried sending two taxis. Ordered 8 hours in advance. Diamond Taxis are a much better service

   Whoever their phone operator is, I honestly believe that they need some serious customer services training. Rang them today to ask if I could travel without a baby car sit and their operator simply tells me "neither do we, we are not a children center but a taxi company" - absolutely shocking.

   We pre-booked a taxi for my mum today to Goostrey for a funeral. Given an estimate of £55 each way, the driver then charged a considerable amount more because he was apparently not told by the office of the pre agreed fixed price, arrived 1.5 hours late due to the office apparently not passing on the pick up details. Absolute shambles on top of a very upsetting day. Avoid, they are unreliable and communication is shocking

   The people working for this establishment are insanely disrespectful, this lady answers the phone to tell me off as if I’m her child , ordering me to get to the destination and leave because the driver has things to do . Instead of asking me what happened why he took longer to drop me off at my location I was too stunned to speak she was literally speaking to me like she lays my bills . I don’t even want to go to the shop because if I see this deliquent I don’t think I can let her go . Bad service they provide wow
