   Despite some lovely drivers, I can’t bring myself to ever use Goodwins again - just had the 3rd experience of having my return pre-booked taxi cancelled at the last minute. Taking a cab is often a choice of safety and necessity. Having my booking cancelled, leaving me miles from the nearest public transport with no other way to get home is more than inconvenient - it’s stressful and unsafe. Poor, poor service.

   She was appalled by the taxi driver that dropped my very disabled mother at my home. She asked if they could wait for her while she dropped something off, and they refused. My mother is distraught. This was extremely inconsiderate and abelist To leave her feeling helpless and stranded when she just wanted to go home, not far from where she was. We were disgusted as we have been using Olympic for many, many years as a loyal and returning customer; this does not bode well.

   Use your firm quite a lot in fact m all my family does 45 minutes waiting for a taxi loyal customer I am yet you don't show the same. Still waiting for it now your firm as gone down a lot what's going on use to be so good on not waiting long but now don't really no what's gone. Really didn't want to give you any star

   Customer service absolutely awful, got spoken to by a rude woman, asked for a taxi for 6 people, they said they would send two cars which is fine, but sent a 6 seater which obviously means we could all fit in and because we are a group of 18 year olds we aren’t made of money but clearly the company wants to rob everyone’s money so just make sure you can afford to spend 2x as much on a taxi then you need to. Taxi driver fab though
