    Would not use again, steer clear! Had pre-booked a taxi for 1.15pm for a wedding that was due to start at 2pm. Taxi hadn't arrived at 1.15pm, phoned up and was told taxi would be there in 15 minutes. By 1.40pm it still hadn't arrived, despite making another phone call in the meantime... during the second phone call we were told no drivers were available. We had to drive ourselves in the end otherwise would have been late for the ceremony. Very disappointed considering the taxi was booked in advance prior to the day.

    Terrible customer services. Put phone down whilst trying to understand why taxi picked someone else up, even though clearly messaged as to vehicle reg of the car allocated and booked many hours before.

    worst taxi firm around.... passenger cars....turn up when they want.....the last 5 taxis have all been late by at least 40 minutes and then they're rude when you complain about it.... better off with uber, Scott or club cars

    absolute joke of a taxi firm! do not use! i will be walking or taking the bus in future! i wouldn’t mind if they were honest about times so i could make other arrangements to get to where i need to be but instead they lie and them i’m late!! i use them about 10 times a week well no more! jokers!!!!!

    Used to be great reliable service. Will not come to pick me up any more because my fare is short-or they tell me its at least a 45 min wait. Loyal customer used through lockdown, used to be a fab service do not care about customer loyalty its sad

    SHOCKING SERVICE - I booked a taxi the day before to secure booking & it turned up 45 minutes LATE! I was late for my interview & everytime I called the office they said it would be with me in 10 mins, lol guess what .... it arrived 45 minutes late ... WILL NEVER USE AGAIN & I WARN PEOPLE NOT TO EITHER!
