Bad bad service, operator rude… no interest in the customer. Put phone down twice, when I had a 5 month old baby and shopping to get back. Do not use these terrible. And they act as the taxi service from Lidl. If rating went in to minus would be better for this crap taxi service

Saturday 22/2/25 Worst service by the operator ever, he said 2 minutes, I was still waiting 10 minutes later, called again to be hung up on, I called again, very rude, arrogant and no manners, doesn't know how to finish a phone call, he just ended the call. Time for a new taxi firm that is a lot more pleasant and approachable. They have lost our custom through lies and attitude. They forget without the paying customers there would be no Pal Cars. Disgusting service and continuous lies.
Great taxi service. The taxis arrive fast and the drivers are always super friendly. The operators are also really cool they remember your name. And make you feel right comfy while traveling with Pal Cars. Overall great service my go to taxi!!! 100%
Office staff is always nice & quick. Taxi services are licensed for good reason, trust in service is validated. This company has some very good people working for it.
They arrived on time to get me from the airport. The driver was very kind, professional and polite. The driver safely drove me to my hotel without any inconvenience..

Shocking service. First taxi was dirty and grotty but did the job. Rang taxi to return lady said 10 mins-not ideal but ok. 15 mins later stood in freezing temps rang again she said it will be another 5 minutes and couldn’t guarantee this. I rang another company and came in two mins. I eventually had a call from pal 25 minutes later asking where I was. Incompetent and sadly not reliable like many other companies won’t use again!
