Repeat visit to H. Atherton - and so impressed. I needed a fault on my VW Tiguan diagnosed and the fault fixed - with an extended holiday towing a caravan looming! The service from the garage was faultless - I was so lucky they could squeeze me in - they expertly found the fault - and fixed the car the very same day. Friendly service and expert and experienced mechanics. Brilliant.

Only needed a battery and back brake discs kept car for 3 weeks no work done then had the barefaced cheek to send me a bill for 500shud of only been 50quis for discs and 80 for battery font waste ur time with this garage absolute robber I have 9 City and guild imechanics will never use again 350 labour costs I cud of just done it meself a 1 hour job lol
The family have been using this garage for about 30 years now, the current owner Peter is amazing very thorough and always serves with a smile. Mechanics wise theres little Peter doesn't know or can't find relatively quickly absolutly spot on
Absolutely amazing garage. Had an emergency tonight on my way home from work, called in and Peter and crew were able to examine my car and remove the stone chip that had worked its way between the discs causing an extremely loud, worrying noise. Couldn’t recommend them enough for their professionalism and quality of workmanship.
This place is how garages used to be, fantastic place with friendly, honest, reliable and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them and the prices are very reasonable.
