   I booked a black cab for Sunday morning to the airport on the Saturday evening. All booked for a6.45am pick up. It didn’t show up at the time on Sunday. I called and they said they had no booking and no cab was available. Could have be a disaster as passenger cars also had nothing available.I had to wake my son up to drive us to the airport. I will never use black cabs again.

   The most terrible company n taxi service I have ever witnessed, I called the office 5.51pm n got told the cab will be with me in 5 mins . It was raining n that's why I called for taxi , after waiting with children over 15 mins (one of em is year n half ) I'm calling back to hear that I it going to get any cab at all , what a joke !!! Had to walk in rain for nearly 15 mins , I mean heavy rain ! My youngest one ( year n half ) was crying all the way ! When I called the office again using a landline phone woman picked it up n admitted it was her treating us that way n she doesn't remember any booking n call that I've made 5.51pm . Than suddenly she said the cab is still waiting at the base to get me so how come at first point she said she doesn't remember ! What a joke and when I'm already at home over a 30 mins she still was trying to ask me if I wanna cab now ! Now , are brain damaged?? What for U made my children soaking wet n U r disgraceful lier so don't play dumb ! People be aware of this service , totally UNRELIABLE!!! Thank U !

   Booked a taxi for my friend to the airport. She asked on booking for a stop to pick up cash. We were told there was a flat rate to the airport. When the taxi arrived the driver was incredibly rude and accused my friend of lying. I won't be using this firm again.
