   Both my elderly parents need wheelchair access vehicles to attend appointments. We have to book transport via West Midlands ambulance service and Direct Taxis are often allocated the jobs. All the drivers over the last few years have dealt with mum and dad with courtesy, compassion and good humour. Office staff have also been very helpful. Can't fault them.

   Fabulous airport service to and from Manchester Airport. Malc collected us with a wheelchair and 5 cases and nothing was too much trouble. Our plane was delayed and he kept in touch. The minibus was excellent. Reliable and helpful highly recommended.

   ordered a taxi 2 ways on nye got dropped off and rang 15mins after they was supposed to turn up told us it had been cancelled told us it would be 15mins after 40mins still nothing really rude on the phone and hung up wouldn’t reccomend
