   Always on time, let us down once when picking us up from Manchester airport due to breakdown and they didn't really have a plan B, we had to pay £80 to get home which we didn't get back from Davron .

   Terrible booked a return airport run three weeks before we due to go paid in cash ( they don't take cards ) and they left us stuck at Manchester Airport when we returned so we had to get a black cab home that cost me £ 52 after some argument I managed to get £ 34 .50 refunded so I was out of pocket I would like to add that I have used this company for 2 / 3 airport runs per year for the past 10 years + the odd local trip but needless to say never again

   Ordered a taxi for literally a 3 minute journey. I was told because there was me, my wife and our 2 children we would need a mini bus as no one allowed in the front seat because of Covid. What turned up was a car. No room for me in the back. So ended up in the front. Driver was so abrupt. Mask! mask! mask! To the point of him loosing the plot. Put your mask on! I said what happened to the mini bus we ordered? . He said only me on so thought I would use this option... (the car) Literally screamed at me put your mask on. He was not happy at me sitting in the front.. Davron.. Not my fault we arranged a minibus with you, You sent the car and I was being intimidated to sit in the back with no seat belt.. And your driver screamed at me.. Ignorant unorganised grumpy arrogant taxi firm. Never ever use this intimidating lack of customer service company again.. What a farce. Steer clear of davron. Wish we had walked home with our children..

   We have only ever used Davron for trips to and from Manchester Airport and at least in this part of their service I can find no fault. Always been on time to pick us up from home and been on time in the place they said they'd be when we returned from holiday. They seem to have moved office as well - Just a couple of doors up the street.
