   Fire your driver that exited Penfield Road in Lowton at 22.00 tonight. Turned right out of a junction without checking to his right, only thanks to my dad's quick driving reactions did we came out unscathed. Dangerous, irresponsible, terrible driving. New tagline - risk your life, hire a JR taxi!

   I hope they speak to other customers better than they spoke to my wife very rude ppl we only wanted a taxi to the airport on the 27th soon as she told them the address they got very rude. Found somewhere els better and cheaper don’t even rate these 1 star

   Used JR taxis today to go to and from Haydock Park Racecourse from hotel. Easy to book and efficient service. Both drivers friendly and courteous and arrived in good time. Reasonable price too. Will use again when return to area. Thank you.

   Last night my car wouldn’t start as I was trying to get my cat to the emergency vets after he aspirated on vomit and went limp. It was the scariest time of my life. It was a Friday and the waiting time was approx an hour. When I told the call handler the situation she said she would send someone asap. I had a taxi arrive within 10 minutes. I’m so grateful to them. They helped save my babies life by getting me to the vets so quickly. I also forgot my card and money in the panic (I was also in my pyjamas). But the taxi driver was accommodating and allowed me to send a bank transfer after I had taken my cat into the vets. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be using this taxi service again whenever I can to support them for supporting me.

   If you've a medical condition don't bother ringing them up they'll automatically assume your bladdered n won't take you home...thought the point of a taxi service is getting a person home when other means arnt available? Disgusting

   I had to find a taxi company to help me bring my mum home from hospital In a wheelchair. I was recommended this by a nurse. The gentleman came on time. He was very polite and patient and helpful. I'm sorry I didn't get his name..it was Tues 27th April at 1240hrs from Leigh Infirmary. I haven't used a taxi in a very long Time, but j will definitely use these again. Thank you. The price was also very reasonable.
