Great service. Needed a short notice ride and they came straight away and kept me informed by text that they were in their way and when they’d arrived. No problems at all. Would use again.
The first driver was spot-on with time, collection and politeness and helpful to three passengers who needed support. The second driver was late, got lost, drove straight past us, he did not assist with an elderly passenger.Unclean. I have been happy with all of my other journeys. Thankyou.
I cannot recommend Arrivals Star Taxis more highly. I had attended a training day in Birchwood and needed to get a taxi to Warrington Central Station to return to Liverpool. Although it was a busy time (school run time), I was sent a taxi as soon as one was available. I also really appreciated being able to stay updated via the tracking on the text message which was sent to confirm my booking and the call to say that my taxi was just about to arrive. The driver was professional, polite and friendly. The price was also reasonable. Thank you Arrivals Star Taxis!
I have been a customer for over 10 years and remain loyal because the drivers and the back office team are great to work with.. No problem is too much for any of them to solve.. The drivers are great, I seem to have a small regular crew doing my runs so we often pick up on previous conversations.. Excellent company
Great service and an excellent driver — very friendly and even offered me some food.The only issue was the car itself; the car was not the drivers it was a back up car on the motorway the speed kept hovering between 40–60 mph. The driver did his best, even checked the vehicle and put air in the tyres. Definitely 5 stars for the driver — just needs a better car!
I prebooked in advance a taxi for 11pm yesterday. It was confirmed and my money was taken into holding. I've been using this service for pretty much the whole year and never had issues until recently. But I thought it's because I wasn't booking in advance as I normally would. But even then they've cancelled my ride at 11:25. 25 minutes after my ride was scheduled and asked I rang them with any issues. I emailed them letting them know that surely they know that confirming a ride before it occurs only to canceling it surely wrong. And I am very disappointed. Looks like I'll need to find a new taxi company, which is especially hard for me as a disabled person :( I really liked you'r service due to the accepting and supported nature for my needs. But after been left in the lurch at almost midnight. I will not be returning.
Brilliant service! Taxi was offered as a half hour window slot (no false promises!) they even rang me back shortly after to let me know they may struggle for the time I asked for originally but could pick me up 15 mins earlier if that was ok... absolutely! never had that service before. Will definitely use again and recommend!
Booked earlier in the day to collect 6 of us later that evening. Although they were late, they phoned us in plenty of time and kept us informed until they collected us. Makes a pleasant change rather than just being left, especially as having 2 small kids with us. Driver was excellent, will always use around Warrington in future
Do not use!! I’m seriously appalled at my experience with this firm…if only I could leave less ⭐️ than one. I booked a minibus to collect my daughter and her 5 friends from a party in Northwich at 12.30am last night and communicated that it needed to be on time as they are age 16/17 and it would be unsafe to leave them waiting. I was assured it would be fine. I was asked to pay in advance with an online link…I paid…all sorted you’d think. Not quite. At 12.25am I had a call to say due to the driver having an “unexpected emergency” they wouldn’t be sending a car. At all!! I said that is unacceptable - especially just 5 minutes before the pickup was due. I insisted they needed to send a different one of their “large fleet” instead, that it was dangerous to leave them stranded. The best he could offer was to TRY to send one normal car at 1.30am who would then go back for the remaining girls. We ended up picking them up ourselves and I still don’t have a refund. I wish I’d read the reviews before booking. Nightmare!!
Have used a few times with no issue so didn't think twice about using them when my daughter and niece needing dropping and collecting from a party. Booked early in the day and spoke to them directly to make sure bookings were correct. Turned up an hour late and my husband had to go and find the driver as he was waiting outside the wrong address . I spoke to the office stressing my concern over their service and how worried i was that they would not pick them up on their return journey. They assured me they would collect them on time and again failed miserably resulting in them being left again, luckily they managed to get a lift from a friend! I won't be using ever again.
