   Be very careful using Blueline taxis. I had an incident yesterday where I ordered a taxi and one of the operators were calling me directly being very personal. They captured my tele no and he was sending me messages on WhatsApp and also called me directly on my no numerous times today. I’ve had to report the incident to the police. Just be very vigilant especially girls on their own. They are Not to be trusted !!!!

   I pre-booked an early morning taxi the day before to the tram stop in time to catch my train to London. When they didn't turn up they said they had no taxis in the area and would be 10-15m. So I ended up getting an UBER into Manchester. Really disappointed.

   One of the worst taxi companies in Greater Manchester. The operators are struggling to put your location in correctly and seem to have a minimal knowledge of the area they cover. First time I called, the taxi arrived to the wrong location. Thankfully the driver was helpful and got to me fast after give him my location over the phone. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and used them for the second time and trust me, this will be the last time. The operator put the phone down on me while I was giving him the postcode and trying to explain where I am at. I called again, the operator was nice but clueless, it took a while to explain to him my location. Giving him my postcode, address and the name of the garage wasn’t specific enough for some reason. Taxi arrived after 15 minutes, driver was rude, no greeting. All he did was mumble under his breath. I did not understand him and asked him to repeat it. He asked me for cash upfront which I happily gave since we agreed on fixed price with the operator.He proceed to tell me that he will give my change when he drops me. I told him, I want my change now. He gave me my change in very impolite manner. He talked on the phone through the journey and put on music without asking me. All this happened after 11pm. I felt uncomfortable as a single woman through this experience and will never book with them again.

   I pre-booked a taxi for my doctors appointment and they said it would be on time and it’s was 10 minutes late. At the time I booked a second taxi with smart ride who was able to get to me in 2 minutes. The customer service was awful and laughed on the phone when I asked to speak with the manager and the taxi was still 5 mins away when I arrived at my destination .

   Was told 10mins, waited 20 was then told 10mins, waited another 20, was then told we are next in the queue and waited another 10. If we was told it'll 45-mins to an hour I could have gone to find somewhere to eat or get a drink. It's the lies that's the problem, if there is a delay just say it'll take a while. don't lie. I downloaded Uber that day and because of this expirence a will only use Uber in Manchester going forward.

   Awful rude people, I ordered my taxi over half hour ago before its meant to arrive I called wondering were my taxi was to be told ohh we not dispatched it yet and late for my appointment with the lady being rude on the phone telling me we'll what you want me to do, to which I replied well if you were not going to dispatch why not tell me and now late Do not use awful awful awful
