    Rang M and M private hire taxi. Answered as Radio cars. Booked taxi giving 25 minutes notice for a pick up just after lunchtime to avoid traffic. Taxi late, rand after 15 mins to be told that driver was just clearing drop off somewhere 1 mins away and was coming to me. 15 mins later, driver rang to advise, he'd just dropped off a fare 15 mins away and had only just been given the job and was on his way. Why do taxis over book, lie to customers and not realise a customers expectations. If a taxi company could ever avoid all these things and be on time with decent cars they'd make an absolute fortune.Base handlers, don't lie to the customer.

    Very fast service, driver was very friendly and chatty. You can pay contact less and they message you when the car has arrived and what type the car is and drivers name . Makes you feel safe.
