Great service, I don't get these bad reviews, I have used these several times, every time they turn up on time the drivers are always very friendly , send a text keeping me updated on when they will be picking us up.
Scammer stole 4 pound taking me to wrong place when called them a liar threatening to take this to my workplace I am making a complaint against them to the council. Manager is a liar do not ever come here.
Drivers are good and helpful, but one of the operators answering calls is an absolute animal, shouting down the phone saying they have no time for me, i was nothing but respectful and then he hung up on me, i simply wanted to know why my driver was late, over 20 minutes late. I am not racist and others have also pointed this particular operator out, he is what i assume with speaking with him of African descent. Again i do not care what race he is i am simply pointing out he is the rude and awful operator. You are losing customers due to him.
16/01/2024. 10.25am. Some horrible guy on the phone hung up on me giving id been waiting close to an hour, cut long stories short i rang up to asked for my taxis arrival details but he'd gone off talking down to me, shouting down the phone at me he said he had no time to deal with me, left me gobsmacked! All operators I've spoken to in the past have be kind and helpful both male and female, i have never been spoken to this way! An Operator I've never spoken to before most likely not familiar with the locals comes on the phone and had an absolute Disgusting attitude then hangs up on me. Unbelievable! Obviously someone carrying over his personal issues onto customers. 2 drivers showed up and swapped cars, left me in the cold for an extra 15mins until one called out my name. Never been a problem customers or one to moan but was uncalled for. I'm reporting this to my locals. I'll rather book uber or bolts for the extra quid or two than go through this disgusting experience again. Local taxis should remember we the locals support and keep you running. If your drivers and operators are going to be horrible to us then be prepared to loose your customers to the big companies AKA Uber and Bolt. I've got him recorded so I can prove what I'm saying if Pal cars would like to hear the audio of their employee/s verbal behaviour. That said, Thanks Pal.

These guys used to be so reliable but now.....last 3-4 times they have been late by alot! Tonight 15 mins +. I have missed trains! Will not be using again. I have only given 2 stars as the driver are very pleasant. The booking guys need to sort their act out
Rang these up to book a taxi and also asked for the price, I got told £15-£20 so I said what's the price ??. Then got told it's £2 a mile. When I went to school 6.2 miles didn't equal £20 !!! Very poor amateurish company.
Used before taxi was very late because they went to an alternate address with the same first line, went to use them this time, didn't ask for my number or my post code so the taxi therefore never showed up and they couldn't ring me. Use lynch cars instead, they're so much better.
