   Mike was our driver and was superb. Careful driver, knew exactly where to take us, was right on time with the pickup and provided a wonderful overview of the area during our ride. Highly recommend.

   Rang my taxi at 3.30 was told 10 minute wait. I was fine with that however I stood waiting for 45 minutes in the cold only for my taxi to be cancelled by the driver, Resulting in me missing my daughters drs appointment. Called back to complain, call handlers were apologetic but overall it's not good enough. Only just started using this service again but it might be time to stop again. Not happy at all.

   I booked a taxi 1hr and 45 min before I needed to be picked up. Taxi did not arrive at the time so I called back, rude call handler who said that driver was on the way in traffic. Callee earlier to avoid this as I had to be at work by 17.00. When taxi came i complained and he said he was told 3 minutes before the deadline. Made me 15 minutes late to work!!! When I came home, i called them again but they did not even answer my call. Very bad service & will not be using again.

   Rubbish service! They lied I never booked although I pre booked a night before and rang in the morning to double check if my taxi is coming. Kept waiting nobody turned up! Rang again and I was told I never rang or never booked and they never had my number! What a poor poor service! Never going to use these liars again!

   Wish to give 0 star. Worse service. The driver very rude and sexism. He charged £9 Bolton to franworth market street. Disappointed. Never used again.

   I have never been so disappointed on 1st call. I've been using this service for so long, and even I get along with stuff. But today, what happened to me was something else, I'm a single mum who works in the mental health department (NHS) to be treated like this. Your drivers should be trained how to treat people with kindness and respect. Like we are.

   On time usually. Today's driver was really kind - i was unwell and accidentally forgot my toddler's cardigan. The driver returned it to us by knocking on our door half an hour later, and I wasn't even aware that I had forgotten something. Kudos for honesty.

   Ring for customers on daily basis. Ordered a taxi at 8.45pm and told 10 min wait. After half hour wait tried to ring back but rang out for 2min. Rang metro and taxi appeared in 5 min. Hen and chicks pub used to recommend them but happened twice in a week so cards Def going in bin tomorrow morning.
