Today phoned for taxi used for over 10 years as usual. When mum got into car queried why driver was not wearing seat belt he say he was except, how can taxi drivers not wear a seat Belt¿????? Phoned office give me number of owner phoned owner rtold me to ring back in office hours, employing people not registered¿????????????
Shite! Booked a taxi in advance so I didn't have to stand alone on the road at night by myself at the train station. Taxi arrived with a passenger. Office then said he'd send another. So then I had to wait on the road in the dark anyways only for the second taxi driver to refuse to drive to the pick up point at the train station.... he kept ringing me to tell me to walk to some "main road" but I didn't know which one he was on about and when I asked him why he wasn't picking me up at the pick up point where he'd been told to pick me up he said it was because he "didn't want to drive all the way round".... If you want a taxi rather than a migraine.... please just ring someone else.... Would have given zero stars if I could have!
Fuming! Taxi arrived on time, and if local no issues! I asked driver to take me to Manchester Oxford road train station! He failed to put in the train station bit on his sat navigation, drove all the way round Manchester, instead of using quickest route (motorway) and failed to get me there on time , ended up 20 mims in other direction! so I missed my train! And had to pay more money because of his incompetence! He didn't even offer a discount on the ride. Won't be using this service again!
I booked a taxi today and was stood in the rain for over an hour. Everytime I called the operator kept saying it’s been dispatched and I kept receiving messages that a few taxis had been dispatched but neither of them arrived so after 1hr 20 mins I ended up booking an Uber. Very disappointed in their service. My daughter was really annoyed.
I booked a taxi for 5:30 to take me to the train station. It arrived 35 minutes late. I missed my train and had to make other arrangements. No apology when the driver called at 6:05 to say he was outside my house. Disgraceful lack of service.
Abysmal. Called for a taxi ahead of ime to the station to catch a flight. Taxi never showed up. Spent ten minutes in the phone but no one picked up. Had to miss my train and scrambled to get a relative to drop me off at the airport. Will never use again!
Booked taxi for both ways on New Year's Eve. Both going and coming home taxi was on time. They text me when it was dispatched and also when it arrived. Well done very pleased with service.
This taxi Place is pretty good they come and collect you straight away and most of the drivers are okay. The only thing i don't like is the fact that they aren't very helpful when you have lots of shopping and they just stay sat in the car while your trying to put your shopping in the boot. At one time they used get out of taxi and help you put your shopping in the boot. Apart from that they are a good taxi firm.
