   Terrible non service from this company. My 93 year old mother booked a taxi on Thursday for a doctors appointment pick on Friday (13th Oct.) for 9am. at 9.20am she rang them as they hadn’t turned up. She was told that they couldn’t pick her up!!!!! They hadn’t even bothered to let her know. Their excuse was that the cabs couldn’t get through from Tyldesley!!! Funnily enough a kind neighbour had no trouble at all driving her to the appointment, obviously she was late, but the Dotors surgery managed to fit her in. Wouldn’t recommend them under any circumstances.

   Avoid! Booked a taxi in advance for 3pm..at 3.20pm still no taxi..I rang to find out and was told it could be a while as no cars in the area..3.40pm still no taxi so I re-booked with Uber instead and they was here within 10 minutes.

   Booked a taxi at 12 noon to pick us up at 6pm to take 4 of us to Atherton as we had a table booked at 6.30 for a family meal for our daughters birthday. We rang to ask where it was at 6.10 and told it was clearing Boothstown and was on its way. We were then told that although we booked it for 6 they couldn’t guarantee it would be there at 6 as it depended on whether they had a car available. Rang again at 6.30 and told nothing had cleared. All we needed was honesty when we booked but sadly we were mislead. Will never use these again and good luck if you decide to

   I always had a good experience in the past before they merged with another firm. After my experience today, I would give 0 stars, if possible. I booked a taxi in advance for a wedding, the taxi turned up 20 minutes late with no apology or reason given by the driver. We then proceeded to get stuck in traffic and were nearly late as a result of his poor timekeeping. I ordered a taxi for the journey home later that day and I received a text telling me the driver was outside. As we started to leave the venue I received another text telling me he had left because he couldn't locate his passenger. I tried to phone him several times but he had blocked my number. I will never get a taxi with this company again, very unreliable and unprofessional, I regret recommending them to others.

   1 STAR IS TO MUCH!!!!! Really poor service! Taxi failed to turn up on time, rang 4 times and got different excuses each time to why it hadn’t arrived, ended up over an hour late to my destination. This wasn’t a last minute booking, eventually had to ring Supercabs who turned up in minutes, like they said they would. If you want to be VERY LATE to work, meetings, party’s etc Radiocars is worth a call, if you want to be on time I strongly recommend calling another company or even walking.
