Very bad experience. Ordered a 20 pound cab ride. Forgot one umbrella worth 150 pounds. After 21 phone calls they tell you that I didn't find anything.
WORST taxi company ever left two women by their selves for 45 minutes and lied and lied to us on how long it was going to be. DO NOT use this company best sticking to magnum whitefield. Going to ring the manager in the morning and request a full refund
Ordered a cab the evening before and confirmed in the morning, but the cab arrived 10 minutes later than when it was booked. Driver was great and got me where I needed to be on time, but wanted to post as a warning to those booking, to book slightly earlier or use another cab company if you don’t want to risk the tardiness.
I don't often leave reviews but I want to make sure that other people (women in particular) have been warned. I ordered a taxi after Parklife at around 11pm. I told the operator that I was stood alone on Blakeley new road, outside a stranger's house, gave the number. They initially advised 15 minutes but after 25 without a text confirming they were on their way, I called back and he said that I was next in the queue and it wouldn't be long. Another 25 minutes later, I called again, explained that I was still along on a dark and by this time empty road, at nearly midnight. I could not get home by walking, I know noone in the area and my phone was now running out of battery, leaving me potentially stranded and in an unsafe situation. He apologised and said he would send someone straight away. My phone ran out of battery several minutes after this. I waited until almost 12.20 (another thirty minutes), and no taxi turned up. Luckily (INCREDIBLY luckily) I was 'rescued' by a female taxi driver who had passed me several times stood alone and was so worried that she came back to look for me, and drove me home. Please be very wary about using this taxi firm, particularly at night and especially if you are travelling alone. In 20 years of using taxis I have never experienced anything like this.
Used this firm a few times na n never had owt to moan about, they turn up when they say they gunna, decent fare charges, nowt to moan about. Again friendly and helpful ladies on the phone, them lads can't do job props if the ladies don't sort'em reyt
DON'T EVER USE THIS SERVICE! I ordered a car the night before and I waited and waited! Had an important meeting and the car came half an hour late!!! They kept fobbing me off by saying he'll be there in 5 mins!!!! Appalling service!
Always use this firm and never have any problems except when the lady with grey curly hair is our driver. She is very very rude, this is the second time she has been and both times she was very obnoxious. We get taxis numerous times a week to and from the same place and its always a £3.50 charge, today with the lady its £5, because she "had to charge you and extra pound" then walked out, no telling us why? I will be calling later regarding this as i feel we have been robbed, never ever have we paid £5 in the 3+ taxis we order a week! If she turns up again, we wont be using this firm again!
