   Phoned for a price to organise travel to a funeral and the guy hung up after rudely saying "Can't do it". I'd not even given dates and times at that point. Rang back twice, he hung up twice without speaking. He certainly shouldn't be answering calls. Finding another firm that has a degree of customer service.

   Awful service and staff, very impolite. I pre booked a taxi for school run in the morning, it did not turn up and the operator was hanging off the phone to not face my complaining. Do not waste your money on a company which is not caring for your time and planning.

   Left me waiting for 45 mins. (Kept saying taxi on way). Claiming taxi had arrived when it had not in end. Eventually my phone ran out of battery so stayed night at friends. Dont rely on them when typical busy night like Friday or Saturday.

   Will not be using this company again!! Waited over an hour for a pre booked taxi, was made to feel as though was my fault and just shouted at when I dared to complain!! Then when I finally got my taxi was charged a furtune!! Joke!! Need to learn how to deal with customers and how to take a simple booking!!
