Great service from Hadfields. Went extra mile by fitting a delivery slot in out of their usual delivery area time. Driver Lee was really helpful, called me night before and then again this morning. Also helped me get it in by trucking it.- not something which they are obliged to do. Top man!

I had a difficult delivery of an all glass cake display. The packaging and weight made it difficult to move into our cafe. However they stuck around and had a plan to help me. Top lads. Appreciate it.
Always an absolute pleasure dealing with Hadfields both with the office team and the drivers themselves. I now get a text as well as phone call when refrigeration delivery has been booked in and the drivers always call when they are nearby. Everyone keeps you in the loop even when inevitably things change and you can always get through to someone in the office. The drivers themselves are always so conscientious and careful with the equipment. They are experienced, polite, hardworking and always a lot of fun!
Had a huge fridge delivered to our tiny community shop in Cornwall yesterday, and couldn't be happier with the service. The guys commandeered a busy car park at school pick-up time like pros, and despite us not being eligible for the unpack and position service they helped us out as best they could regardless. 16th September. Just had a delivery of a new double door beer fridge for my convenience store. Throughout the delivery process I was kept up to date with what was happening. There was a delay but it was dealt with promptly. At 7.15 this morning I opened the shop to see the driver Mel was already waiting. He couldn't have done more to make the delivery into the shop any easier. He was very knowledgeable, he had obviously done this before, he is a credit to the company. Thank you so much. Mel turned what could have been a problematic delivery into an absolute doddle, once again thank you.
