   We recently relocated to the UK from Saudi Arabia. Al-Arabia Cargo were the Company we had used going out there 3 years ago and I dealt with Ahmed. He was so efficient and prompt, came to the house personally to help pack and ensure safe transport. When my very fine China dishes got to Saudi, I was very impressed that not a single chip or crack could be seen. So when it was time to come home to UK, I contacted Ahmed to help, because I couldn't seem to find a reliable agency out there. Once again he rose to the challenge. And although the journey back was tricky and there were hiccups along the way....Ahmed and the team...Ziyad, Mustafa, Ayman and several others, were absolutely fantastic. They were always available and prompt and every thing got dealth with professionally. I am pleased to report that all our shipment has been safely delivered to us in a timely, efficient manner. I have already recommended them to my friends. And I would most certainly use them again. Thank you, Ahmed!

   If you value your sanity, avoid this company at all costs. The worst experience of my life. Absolutely disgraceful service. These people are the definition of incompetent. I have ended up pay fines due to their lack of communication and accuracy on my cargo arrival documents. They costed me over £200 which I have had to pay extra. They now avoid my calls and quick to twist things to make you feel like your in the wrong. So quick to take your money but you will get shocking bad service in return. A bunch of cowboys.

   This company just to talk about time to get your item abroad ok ? They said they will get my item from Manchester to uae alsharija for 5 days it’s wheelchair for disabled person very important to have it …. After 5 days keep calling and texting the person and he keep giving different reasons for delay them said I will pay you the money back £215 then after 20 days they received the item . Call him to get the money he said no I will pay you £30 ? You can see how he change his word that matter put with family problems as well so I’m strongly not recommend this company they can not do the job what they aimed ….. big disappointment
