   Daniel Simpson assisted us with relocating our two chow chows from Mexico to England. We had a difficult start to the process, but the moment we were connected with Daniel we felt hope and reassurance. He was available at all hours of the day and night, which we truly appreciated given the time difference. Throughout the entire process, Daniel was supportive, proactive, and consistently professional. He coordinated with the company we appointed in Mexico and even reached out to my parents personally when it was time to collect our pets. Our dogs mean the world to us, and we had complete trust in Daniel’s care and guidance. His dedication and genuine care made all the difference, he is clearly an invaluable asset to the company, and we are so grateful for everything he did to ensure our dogs’ safe journey home.

   I’m really really want to thanks David. Due to the CV19 I can’t take my cat in cabin with me so I have to choose cargo to take he home. David is very kind he always responded email very soon and tried his best to help me. I have to say compared with other companies their price is the best! My cat has been took off from Manchester, stayed at a pet hotel in Amsterdam for one night, and then flew to Shanghai. When I picked up him, he looks very good despite the long flight. I’m really happy and satisfied with Skymaster. If you need pet transportation service do not hesitate to contact with them.

   David came to my rescue after I’d initially booked my pet transfer with another company but failed to have any contact within 2 weeks of flying my dogs out!! From the moment I contacted Skymaster Air cargo, David provided me with help and reassurance regarding transporting my dogs from the UK to Australia. Every email was responded to quickly, every phone call was answered and he put me at ease many times in what was a quite stressful situation. Thanks to David, yesterday my dogs safely arrived in Melbourne!! Once again, thank you so much for you help and letting me bend your ear!

   Booked Skymaster for the export of my 3 dogs to Dubai., From the moment of booking David could not have been any more helpful - he answered all my questions no matter how daft they may have been. Given plenty of information to help with the vet process and liaised with them to ensure dogs had all the necessary paperwork. On the day of the flight dogs were collected promptly and delivered to the airport. They arrived fit and well into Dubai with Pet Express and David worked with them to ensure a safe export/import. A pleasure to do business with, and would highly recommend. Will definitely be using when I have to come home. Thanks David!!

   David at Skymaster was honestly a life saver! After being messed around by another company, I needed to send my puppy abroad in a short space of time and even though at first it didn’t seem possible - David did it with plenty of time to spare. Honestly a trustworthy service and reliable, David kept in contact throughout the whole process, keeping me updated and always responded quickly. The crate for my puppy was much bigger and roomier than expected too. Would recommend and definitely use again if needed!
