Needed a Hiab somewhat quickly. Began emailing them and was receiving responses and was told I needed to confirm urgently on whether I wanted to hire it the next day. I confirmed and then never received another message from them. It has now been over a week and they have still not responded to me
Better late than never, here's my testimonial about a delivery from 2021: We purchased a 20ft shipping container to convert into a parklet, and Nortons Hiab Services exceeded all expectations. We were first impressed by how skilfully the driver, David, reversed the trailer into position. The real highlight was when he used an X-HIPRO 658 to lift the container through a very tight space - just under overhead cables - and placed it precisely 15 metres from the road, right next to our planned worksite. It's rare to see such a long-reach HIAB in London - most can only manage around 6 metres - so this was a game-changer. Thanks to Nortons’ powerful equipment and David’s expertise, the delivery was flawless. The container was successfully transformed into a parklet, though sadly it didn’t last long due to vandalism by local kids. Still, the delivery was a brilliant job.
