    Even though I told the lad Inthe shop that I had no money so would not be making a purchase on that day he was still really helpful which makes a refreshing change. As a novice to vapes he took 20 minutes to explain everything and which would be the best option for my budget. He really is an asset to the company and it's rare that staff like that come along so my advice to management is you want to keep hold of him as long as possible. It's not often I'm impressed but this lad was exceptional: helpful, professional, passionate and knows his products.

    Honestly My favourite place to get vaping supplies from the prices are the best iv seen and the staff are extremely helpful they always seem happy to see you and have a excellent memory. Their Taking the covid restrictions very seriously and only allowing 2 people in the shop at the time and following it aswell which Is great to see. Just lovely staff all around.

    Excellent customer service and always willing to go that extra mile for you valine needs. Have shopped at various SMKD stores now for over 3 years and always had the great smile an good affordability from the staff. Due to the customer satisfaction I have received over the years I have never shopped anywhere else for my liquid and vape kits. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

    I have been coming to the Halifax store for years and have never be disappointed. The customer service which I'm always provided with is fantastic always very friendly, the members of staff are always helpful and happy to go the extra mile.     Spent £75 on a device and some liquid went in the next day and spent £25 on some juice went in a couple of days later for some more juice and got served by somebody else who said the juice I bought the other day was £3 cheaper so the other guy had ripped me off. Also gave me a loyalty card that the first guy had not who I had spent £100 with when I complained he said he would inform his manager but did nothing to help me
