One of their drivers behaved in an aggresive and threatening manner towards an inexperienced motorway driver while I was a passenger. She had briefly slowed down due to traffic joining the motorway. Driving right behind, sounding horn and flashing lights totally uncalled for and counterproductive. I emailed a complaint to the company but no reply. If you need to choose a road transport company maybe look for one that shows some civility.
