   If I could give zero stars I absolutely 100% would. Very unprofessional and poor service: extremely poor customer service...robbed us by up to £900...so basically we booked tickets x3 and agent confirmed it is £250 deductible each ticket if we cancel. We canceled due to personal reasons. By official error the agent sent messages stating it was £250 and this increased to £300 but confirmed at later stage its £250 and says it was because he was rushing and responding to my text when i asked for confirmation of fee deductible..i rang airline who stated its £200 each ticket! ...debated with me and elderly father; no respect how was spoken to. To try keep me happy throws £45 back into my account ... Never will use this service again total dishonesty. I did hear rumors about this service from local community however did not want to judge but now it's evident how poor and inefficient service is! Highly recommend not to use this. Thank you

   I Never ever had such a Bad Experience By ACE , Customers Care Service is very Bad , They Don’t hear Properly & Put wrong information in there , very careless behaviour by them , worst Service. ….. would never recommend to anyone also i wouldn’t use it next time.
