   My daughter’s official birth certificate arrived badly folded and creased, despite being sent in a protective polypocket. This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

   Most Pathetic Service ever ! Incompetent ! Applied for the passport in September 2024. HMPO sent me a passport with typo. Typo is made by HMPO. Had to send in another paper application. After numerous calls they sent me another passport again with another typo. I can’t believe how incompetent the staff can be to send me passports twice in row with typos. I logged in a complaint using their online complaint from in their website in December. I was told I have to wait 15 working days. Nothing happened. I always had to contact them to know what’s happening. And today I was told the complaint I logged through their online complaint form has not come through to the complaints department. I don’t see the point of their online form. I emailed their customer service management team directly. Then only somebody talked to me. Only to say that my whole ordeal is taken as a companion since day before yesterday. That’s the day I emailed them directly. I used an MP caseworker too. But there was nothing done. The staffs attitude is disgusting. They only have same set of answers. No matter what you get the same answer converting up for them selves. They don’t own upto their mistakes. HMPO service is pathetic. They don’t even deserve a single star. Pathetic and disgusting.

   So I sent my Information to them did it all online and then sent mine my mums and nans birth certificates. They said my photo wasn’t good enough so sent them another that also wasn’t good enough so I withdrew my passport yes they took my money didn’t get it back don’t really care about that they then said they will keep our birth certificates for 6 months then send them back in case I wanted to do it again after well over a year of waiting of calling about our birth certificate my mum had enough and then they said we’ll have to send a letter to get out birth certificates out because the account had been deactivated yet we’ve called up multiple times about getting them back and nothing. Honestly I get there busy but that’s someone birth certificates and I’ve been out of work and trying to find another one but you can’t do anything without one.

   Yet again I have nothing but praise for this service. A quick online application, a phone call because I have no wedding certificate so sent something else. Passport turned up in less than 10 days. Great friendly staff and very efficient. Thanks folks.

   Very cooperative staff , although had to wait for a while as I was early for appointment but my experience was brilliant. Covid precautions measures all taken into consideration. Staff I must say very helpful and pleasant.

   The security staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. The interviewer was just as friendly and as I am a disabled person every consideration and common curtsey was shown to me; I was even offered a drink because I needed to take medication whilst I was at the interview. The staff could not have done more to help me relax; a first rate service, which made my visit a pleasant experience.
