Usually thereβs no issue, but today one of your drivers behaved quite inappropriately towards my wife. She was holding one child in her arms who was having a tantrum, and carrying one or two bags in the other hand. Despite clearly struggling, the driver repeatedly rushed her, saying things like βcome out quickly, very busy, very busy, are you listening, okay?β My wife initially ignored him, but because she didnβt respond, he continued to press her even more, repeating, βare you listening or not? Come quick, weβre not waiting.β She eventually told him to shut up as he only waited like 2 minutes max, and after that he stayed quiet, but the behaviour was still extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. This reflects poorly on the firm, not just the individual driver. It is concerning that a company would employ drivers who speak to customers in this manner. I have the driverβs details and will be reporting this to the appropriate authorities. Businesses should remember their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This is why people are moving away from firms and towards uber that if anything like this to occur uber straight away blocks driver account until appropriate investigation is done. So driver behave in proper manner towards customer But with firms drivers get away with anything thatβs why they continue to abuse/harass customer. Drivers it is Not worth losing your taxi licence/job over an extra Β£10βΒ£20 a day.

Booked a taxi for 8.20 and a driver accepted. He then took 15mins to even move which left us late. I rang the office and the woman was rude! So some serious customer service training is needed for her. Also teach your drivers to not accept a job if you aren't planning on going to it

Very unreliable. 30 mins late for a pre-booked pickup making us late for and missing a show. Not the first time but is the last time. Will not use again. Shame. Used to be reliable.

Worst taxis around now , never have any cars and the people that answer the phone sound like zombies and iv rang many times and no one answers at all ....

Usually okay if ordered from the office, but have been kicked out of 2 cabs and had 3 others refuse to take my card. The drivers only want cash and tried to take me to a pay ATM in Cheetham Hill rather than take the card I am told by Magnum all cars can receive. Also be wary of drivers that let the meter run up while they try to find their card machine and add extra money to your journey. Tell them to stop the meter!
