   Teletaxis are now part of metrotaxis, which have a very good track record of not answering the phone nor turning up on time if at all. The last time I used metro, they let me down badly. I preordered the taxi as I had a train to catch at 12.30,but by 12.15 it still hadn't arrived. Luckily, I managed to catch a bus and caught the train just in time. Metro didn't turn up until 12.30! Also, they use a lot of drivers from the Wolverhampton area who have no idea where they are going! If I had known teletaxis are now metro, I would never have called them. Of course, no one answered anyway. Avoid!!

   They don't even turn up. Then when they don't they won't answer the phone again. Is this even a real firm?

   Ordered a taxi from this firm only to find that the seat belts in the rear of the vehicle don't work. So much for passengers safety.

   Ordered a taxi to pick up one of my clients. And hour later still no taxi and when I called up I was told there was no taxi ordered and they have none in the area. So basically we waited an hour for nothing. I will not be using this company again

   This is an absolute s%&t show. My taxi was ordered and after waiting 20 mins I rang up to be told its on the way it'll be 10 mins.30 mins later o called back and was told there are no drivers but its on the way. I rang back 5 mins later and my call was dropped 3 times. Then I got put on an instant hold. I then called back again and spoke to a supervisor who told me it'll be 15 mins. The taxi arrive 20 mins later. In total I had to wait 80 mins for a taxi I was told would be 10 mins. When I wanted to make a complaint and speak to the supervisor I was told that an apology would be all I am getting and be i should be grateful I got picked up. Avoid the company at all costs. Its easier to download uber or bolt and have competent drivers with you within 10 mins.
