   Cargo 2 Go UK Ltd's service was extremely poor. They failed to deliver my package on time, provided no updates, and ignored my complaints. Their incompetence and disregard for customers are unacceptable.

   Staff member called Aron is unbelievably rude. Shouts on the phone and puts the phone down on your before you finish. Beware if Aron picks up he will have a go at you, maybe respect your drivers a little more

   This company is absolute stone wall excellent from start to finish, been using for about 3 years now @ shorts lifts Bradford, from the phone call for a quote, accepting quote, driver arriving within the hour then delivering same day whatever part of the country, then sending proof of delivery over to me, being in the lift industry our jobs are always urgent & with the haulage industry recovering from a shortage of drivers using Cargo2Go has been a god send for us & unbelievably easy to use, keep up the good work
