A good store let down by a bad attitude to service. Most of them are lovely and helpful, but that one squirelly old woman bites off more than she can chew. Rude, condescending on till, and judgemental. Good shop, but staff needs a retrain.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I was with my son and as I was leaving I got stopped by 2 workers and got accused of stealing, they searched by bags and pockets to find nothing and said "we thought you was stealing because your wearing a tracksuit" this is absolutely disgusting I should be able to wear whatever I want and go onto a shop without having to worrie if I look suspicious or not!!

It's a local B&M not the biggest but packet with lots of offers and products. I always forget how diverse the product range is! Anyway went in for some cat bowls and came out with several bags of this and that and a bit lighter in the wallet.. good fun though.
